Filipino Wesley So, 14, became the world`syoungest Grandmaster as he completed the norm at the 3rd Prospero Pichay International Open held 1-7 December 2007 at the Duty Free Philippines in Manila. Asian Champion Ni Hua won the tournament. 68 players from six countries competed in the $30,000 international tournament. The event is the second leg of the ASEAN Grand Prix.
