I heard this interview earlier and even though I understand where she got her point of view from I believe you and Leko have a more accurate point of view on our former World Champion Bobby Fischer.
She of course lies about the result of “Fischer-Susan Polgar” random chess. This is like Bobby had promised to kill all the family if somebody talks about it. finally men > women lol. 😉

You should know. After all, you were there and she wasn’t.
I knew the minute I watched the interview that Judit would be declared apostate by at least one poster in the first dozen. She simply doesn’t cover up for Bobby enough, she likes him but doesn’t kiss his ring, and actually dares admit that he did bad things for chess.
When are we bloggers ever going to learn to tell the truth even if it won’t be published? I think Judith should have known better than to publicly express such negative views about Fischer. What right has she to use such words as “crazy” and “sick” for Bobby Fischer? Judith, in case you’ve forgotten, you are a chess player, not a psychiatrist. Do the chess world a favor by keeping it that way.
Your opinions of Fischer’s sanity are subjective, definitely unoriginal, and not based on any proven facts. You have no right to publicly use such strong words for a man who popularized chess a lot more than you and your family have. No insults intended, but everywhere in the world except perhaps Hungary, the name FISCHER is more synonymous with chess than the name POLGAR.
Judith, we know that English is not your first language and that you may have ignorantly used those words, but at least be objective in thinking and diplomatic when you speak. Karpov, Kasparov, Spassky, and even your own admirable sister Susan have all spoken publicly about Fischer but none of them came out so brazenly to use such derogatory words to describe him. Jeez! What were you thinking Judith?! I am highly disappointed in you!!
Now Susan, knowing you and that little tendency for bias, I am VERY sure you will not let this post be published. (In fact, I just made a bet over this with fellow bloggers from my chess club ). But I am at least glad you read it.
Interesting view from Judit about Bobby.

I think Judit is much younger so she may see things differently.
What did she say? I don’t have an easy way to watch the video.

I agree with her. If you see some of his recent interviews, he comes across as a complete paranoid freak.

Excellent interview. Sounds very realistic.
