Took me more than 10 seconds, though I should have seen it immediately. Only had eyes for the double check again- it doesn’t work as the first move.
1. Qxf8+. Kxf8. 2. a8=Q+
2……..Kg7. 3. Qh8#
2…….Ke7. 3. Qd8#
Qxb and pawn Queens mate next move
of course i had to ignore the a7 pawn at first 🙂
