1. Re2 Bxd5 White has to keep in touch with the rook on e2:
if 2. Qd3? Bc4! trading into a lost endgame (black already has two extra pawns)
so 2. Qe3! avoiding the light squares 2… Rxe7 (creating some free squares for the queen) 3. Qxe7 and black loses the bishop e.g. 3…Qc3 4.Rxd5 Qa1+ 5.Re1 Qxa2 6.Rc5 and white wins !
1 Re2 traps the queen.
1. …Bxd5 2. Qd3 and the queen is quite lost.
(not 2. Rxd5??, Qb1+ mates the king.)
1. Re2 Bxd5
2. Qd3 Bc4
Then what now ?
But at least white can exchange the queens and get a bishop up.
I would say
1. Re2 Bxd5
2. Qe3 Rxe7
3. Qxe7
And black queen and bishop are in danger now.
