Any info on
India (Anand playing??)
Bulgaria (???)
Sad to see Korchnoi is not on the Swuiss team. Is he well?
Judy and Hungary?
Interesting that Norway has the strongest player in the world, yet has such a relatively weak team. They cannot hope to beat any Top 10 country with those lower boards.
The Philippines’ Torre will make a record with the most number of Olympiad appearances, beating Portisch’s current mark. He’s been there since Asia did not have a single GM.
“Judy and Hungary?”
No, it’s Punch and Judy.
