Charter flight from Moscow to Elista
The Organizing Committee of the Candidates Matches for the 2007 World Championship Tournament informs that a charter flight for participants, their accompanying persons, officials and mass media representatives will be organized on the 25th of May 2007. The departure is planned for 5 pm local time. The airport of departure will be announced later.

I dont know if there are commercial type flights to Elista. I would imagine there are.
Charter flights are quite common for sporting events. Helps to ensure that everyone gets to the venue, instead of the possibility of problems associated with commercial flights.
