He’s the greatest!
Pelletier the smallest!
Bacrot won!!! So Carlsen is sole leader
Up to now the question has been that who was the greatest player: Fischer or Kasparov? Now we are talking about three people.
Hm, that’s quite early. It’s only Biel, with one top 10 player, and he must work to win the tournament.
His opponent today is ranked 65 or so and scored only half a point.
Carlsen is not even top 20 ever just yet. For his age yes but even current players like Ivanchuk, Topalov, Kramnik and Anand are still greater over their careers, so a long way to go yet for Carlsen.
I wonder what Dominguez and Onischuk are doing. Is Rock + Knight versus Rock theoretical draw or win?
Theoretical draw, but practical win 😉

—> Carlsen in fact is top 2, since he is the second highest ranked in the world right now.

“Right now” is not eternity
okay
Carlsen may be even the Greatest ever. He’s just 17 and already No2 in the world . Maybe he will be No1 in a few days. This is unprecedented I think….

That’s only because the real No. 1 retired eary to dabble in politics.
