Dieter outplay Jun in both regular games (extra pawn in rook ending), so I expect him to win

Doeas anyone have any information re the tiebreaks: format? times?
Does anyone know how a player earns the title/rank of “Senior Master?” Pardon me for my ignorance but I’m rather new to the titles.
I thought it went Class level (E, D, C, B, and A), Expert, Master, National Master (if you don’t play in International events), International Master, and Grandmaster.
Where does “Senior Master” come from and what is the rating range of such an individual?
Your opinions will be most appreicated and I understand this might be USCF ratings…as other nations’ federations might have differnt rankings and such.
Thank you.
“Charlemagne”
