Asia Continental Chess Championship 2010

For yet another year The Philippines Chess Federation is holding the Asia Continental Chess Championships. The 2010 edition of the competition is going to take place in Subic, April 21-30 and the opening ceremony date will coincide with the opening of the WCC match Topalov – Anand. The Asia Continental will feature a large prize fund of 65 000 USD, of which 50 000 for the open section, and 15 000 for the women.
A total of 32 Grandmasters, 23 International masters, and a total of 63 titled participants start at the men section of the Asia Continental Chess Championship. Top rated Le Quang Liem and Krishnan Sasikiran have close competitors – local hero Wesley So, top Chinese Ni Hua, Pentala Harikrishna, Zhou Jianchao, Nguyen Ngoc Truong Son, Li Chao B, Zhang Zhong, and GN GOpal, all rated above 2600. Can So win this tournament?
I am from the USA and I went to this April 22 only to find out that no one knew what time play started. Made 3 different trips and each time was given a different time. Not very organized in my opinion.
