Best seems difficult to decide since I don’t know anything about Black’s personality or toward what they’re being aggressive…. But I would say bishop to E5, but that’s only going to get you a pawn and a scared king… not sure I’d care about that at this point in the game.
So maybe knight to B4, but that’s just going to move the rook down stream a little, and it’ll have little effect immediately, although it will save the pawn on the far left, but that’s not really being threatened since that rook isn’t moving off that vertical axis unless it has to.
With that in mind, I would probably say knight to F6 is the best move. Again, I don’t know jack-squat about the Black player. But my guess is you could pull that off and make it look like a mistake. As if you didn’t see that the rook would be able to take the knight. Basically stick it over there and then immediately say, “Oh crap! Why did I do that! Woe is me…” Play a little poker to get the rook off the vertical, that way the pawn can morph like the caterpillar to the butterfly and become a killer queen!

1 … ab6 2 a7 and black’s rook can’t stop the a-pawn
if
1 … Rb6 2 c8 = Q+
the really cool part is the N can’t be ignored as it supports the c8 advance, and the king can’t help because d8 is held by the c7 pawn while d7 is held by the N (if it were on b6)
if black plays the most pragmatic line after Nb6:
1 … Rxc7 2 Bxc7 ab6 3 Bxb6 and the a-pawn rolls.
in this case, though, even if white did not have an a-pawn it would still be a win as neither of black’s remaining pawns can be held.
i’ll admit i looked at 1. Nf6+ at first thinking black would have to respond with 1 … Rxf6 which would allow the c-pawn to Q, however that of course isn’t true. black could simply move his king
