It’s a thing of counting and I “hope” white is quick enough with the mating threat on the h file.
1. Ke7 [with the threat of Rd6 and the pawns are stopped]
variation 1 is the easy one: 1.-, d2 2. Rd6!, c3 3. Kf7 and the threat of Rd6-d3-h3 wins, e.g. g5, 4. Rd3, g4 5. Rd5!
variation 1 seems to be (at least as it took me more time) the better defense: 1.-, c3! 2. Kf7 [Rg3 is a big threat now so c2 is forced], c2 3. Rc6 [with the threat of Rc6-c3xd3!, d2 isn’t possible as Rc3-h3 mates quick], g5 4. Rc3, g4! 5. Rc5
White wins playing exactly a) 1.Ke7,d2 (1…Kh7 2.Rd6+-) 2.Rd6,c3 3.Kf7,Kh7 (3…c2 4.Rd3 and mate) 4.g4!,c2 (4…g5 5.Rh3 and mate 4…g5 5.g5,c2 6.Rd3 and mate) 5.g5,d1=Q 6.Rh6+,gxh6 7.g6+,Kg8 8.g7+,Kh7 9.g8=Q++
b) 1.Ke7,c3 2.Kf7,Kh7(2…d2 or 2…c2 3.Rh3 and mate) 3.Rg3+- DBI
1.-, c3! 2. Kf7 [Rg3 is a big threat now so c2 is forced], c2 3. Rc6 [with the threat of Rc6-c3xd3!, d2 isn’t possible as Rc3-h3 mates quick], g5 4. Rc3
In this line 4.Rc3 does in fact win. White has a slightly stronger move, however 🙂
I think white is losing.
Mmmh, what about 1.Ke7 d2 2.Rd6 c3 3.Kf7 Kh7 4.g4 Kh6 5.Rd5 g6 which so far is all forced.
Now probably 6.Kf6 and it seems the black king cannot esacpe the mating net anymore.
Did I miss something here?!

I disagree Ke7 d2 Rd6 c3 Kf7 c2 Rd3, then black promotes one of the pawns but white gives checkmate with Rh3

In my view 4…Kh6 is imperative in my line. What else to play?
Any pawn move loses, e.g. 4…c2 5.Rd3 and mate next move.
Or did I miss something?!

DV – One of us has the position wrong. After:
1.Ke7 d2 2.Rd6 c3 3.Kf7 Kh7 4.g4
4…Kh6 is not a legal move.
Ouch, you are right. That makes it even easier to win. Sorry.
