Endgame Precision Breaking News White to move. Find a way for White to draw this game. The problem White faces is Bh2 and Black will simply Queen the b3 pawn. Chess Daily News from Susan Polgar
I think White has a stalemate trick to save the game:
1. Ka8 b2 2. b7 Bh2 3. f4 Bxf4 4. e5 Bxe5 5. b8=Q Bxb8 6. Bd5
and now it is a draw, because ..b1=Q 7. Be4+ Kxe4 is stalemate, and otherwise White can cover b1 square.
Amazing 🙂
Ingenious….was this taken from an actual endgame?
and otherwise White can cover b1 square.
I dont understand this. what do you mean.
