I am not going to give the answer because it takes away the fun for the people who come later and find it “solved”
I think this is a problem that needs to be worked out in the mind and not on the board. I will give a clue. It is a nice mate pattern with one minor side try.
But I think the heart of the position with the rooks and pawn against the king bring out a pattern that we all need to know or work out.
