One grand-master told me that you have a right to take back one move in each simul game. Is that true? And, please point to USCF simul rules, I need to organize this event, but don’t know the rules!!
I don’t know about taking back moves, but I believe it is common to be able to pass a certain number of times when the person doing the simul makes it back to your board.

No, today’s tournament was in the student union. The shooting was in Norris Hall which is about 1/2 mile away. Go Hokies!
