Each player has 2 minutes on the chess clock with no increment or delay. The competition starts with THREE sets of 15 kettle bell swings (15×3 = 45), 10 situps (10×3 = 30), then 5 ring rows (5×3 = 15).
The player who completes the 3 sets first will pick the color and starts the clock. When the other players finishes the 3 sets of exercises, he/she will begin with the remaining time on the 2 minute chess clock.
They play for 30 seconds, then repeat the same sets of workout TWICE (15×2 = 30 kettle bell swings, 10 situps x 2 = 20, 5 ring rows x 2 = 10).
Then they play for another 30 seconds, then repeat the same set of workout ONCE (15 kettle bell swings, 10 situps, 5 ring rows.
After this, they will play out the game until someone gets checkmated or loses on time.
In total, each player has to do 90 kettle bell swings, 60 situps, and 30 ring rows.
