Chess Daily News from Susan Polgar
Caruana will win the rest of his games.
Vachier put himself in a dificult position against Moro. I guess d5 was a mistake (don’t know about theory in this line). I don’t see his idea after Qxa2 …
Stef (France)
Have you seen the Moro’s game?! Fine piece of art dude! 🙂
Heh. Caruana lost to Chucky. So much for winning rest of his games eh?
Morozevich – Vachier Lagrave, M was an amazing game, one of the most incredible I have ever seen. especially 27 ..Rh7
Lagrave, btw, spent a lot of time on move 17, I guess not playing
..Rb8 or .. e4 instead going for ..Kf7
The game Moro – Vachier-Lagrave will be heavily analysed I guess. The black move 27… Rh7 will be remembered 🙂
Caruana lost today!
Crazy game between Moro and MVL with a win of the later.
I knew Vachier-Lagrave would win once he activated his rook with Rh8-h7. What a move!!
Now it is becoming marvellous: Vachier-Lagrave in the lead, together with Ivanchuk.
Well, and in Mainz Nakamura just lost his first two 960s against Aronian and Movesesian. And Bologan will hit him, too. Sorry, America!
Bobbys random is a european special…
😉
Well, he just lost this one, and so did Moro!
Very nice game by Maximus VL and Moro , Morozevich could have won , but it’s nice to see the young lad do well , it was a stunning game where both players played creatively
