Cannot find anything flashy but 1.Qd7 looks interesting, threathening e.g. 2.Qe7. Black can only defend with 2…Kg7 but after 3.Rxf8 Kxf8 4.Ne5 white’s positions looks strong. He threatens the black rook, mate on f7 and has plenty of checks. Not sure if that’s the right move here but I would go for this line… Beelze
It’s not so easy , after 1.Qd7 (1.Qg5 Kg7 I don’t see win) Rc1 2.Nd2 Qa5 3.Qe7! (3. Qd6 Qc5 4.Rxf8+ Kg7 is not simple.) Qd5+ 4.Nf3 white wins – Kg7 5.Qxf8+ Kf6 6.Qh8+.

I would try
1. Qd7 Kg7
2. Qd8 Bb5
3. Rg8 Kh6
4. Qg5# so, at move 1. black must try something else to protect the king and bishop:
1. Qd7 Qb5
2. Ng5 and I don’t see a defense against 3. Qf7 other than giving the queen for the knight.
1. Qd7 Rc8
2. Ng5 Qa8
3. Kh2 Re8
4. Qf7 followed by mate.

1. Qd7 winning (threat Qe7,Ne5)

white plan is to attack the Bishop,
he has two routes:
Qg5..h6 fails to Rc8
Qd7..e7 has to cope with the counter attack Rc1 , Nh2 should be fine. Or Qa5..c5 to support the bishop but should fail also.
Black has to be better with 2 pawns up. White has small compensation but not enough.
I like 1. Nd4.
White threatens 2. Ne6+.
If 2…Kh8, then 3. Rxf8#
If 2…fxe6, then 3. Qxe6 with mate to follow.
Sorry, Ne6 is not check, but threatens Rxf8# anyway.
Qd7
1 Qd7 and black doens’t have a good response. If Black ignores the threat of Qd8, White has an easy mate.
If 1. … Qa5 with the idea of responding to Qd8 with Qc5, or if 1. … Kg7 to un-pin the B@f8, White has 2. Ne5 as a response to both.
QD7!
