Black’s rook on f4 is vulnerable – plus his K – So
1 d6 Qxd6 protecting the rook
2 Bc4+
3 Rd3 attacking the Q and Q can no longer protect rook.

1. d6, …;
1. d6 Qxd6
2. e5

Nice and clean.
1.d6, Qxd6 (no choice because the rook would hang)
2.e5 and now the rook will fall.
Simple d6 and e5 blocks out the Q 🙂

1.d6 Qxd6? ,very bad move! The fact that this is a puzzle doesn’t mean black is not going to play well.
2…Qa5 (only move) 3.dxe7 Bd7
4.Rxc5 Qxc5 5.Qxf4 Qxe7(…) and white is OK.
4.Bc4+ Kg7 5.0-0 seems better.
But I probably didn’t find the strongest continuation.
