Keeping in my variation B2, I would say mate in 9 or 10!
My first instinct was 1…. Qc4+ may be due to overdose of cross pin exposure.Of course 2.Kd2 Qc1# but after 2.Rc3 I found going difficult.So I changed my plan.

If memory serves, Black, one of the strongest players in history, missed it (though he won the game a few moves later).
I’m not sure what the quickest mate is, but 1…B:d3+ wins the Q in short order.
A. 2. Q:d3 Rg2+
B. 2. R:d3 Qc4+ 3. Rc3 (3. Kd2 Qc1#) Q:e2+ followed by 4…Rg2 with iron control of the 2nd rank and an extra Q. White will be mated soon.
