I see easy draws with 1.Re8+ Kf7 2.Re1 Kg8. To win I only see, but not clear the white risking to play 1.Re8 Kf7 2.Rh8 Pc1=Q+ 3.Kh2 Qc3 4. Rxh7+ and after Kg8 5. Rxd7 I think white are a lot better in that after capturing the queen back. If instead Ke8 5. Rxd7 Kxd7 6.Qxd5+ and then Nd5 and white should win.

Sorry last move should say Ne5 not Nd5
I thought it simply had to be 1.Re8, but now I am not sure:
1. Re8 Kf7 (Qe8 2.Qg7#)
And here, I had seen Ne5+, but black has a new queen in the offing, so winning the old one for the rook is already an iffy proposition:
2. Ne5 Ke8
3. Nd7 c1(Q) (with check)
4. Kh2 Kd7
And black wins. So, at move 2, I fall back to the check from g7, but I can’t see how to gain advantage for white:
1. Re8 Kf7
2. Qg7 Ke8
3. Qg8 Ke7
4. Qh7
If Qg7, black still escapes through d8:
4. …..Kd8
5. Qg8 Kc7
6. h7 c1(Q)
7. Kh2 Qf4
8. g3 Qf3!
9. h8(Q)Qf2
10.Kh1 Rc1#
I am clearly missing something here, right at the start.
1.R e8 + k f7
2.N e5 + and black looses Queen for rook and night
Knight to E5 forking Q and R.

Ricardo Lastra has the winning idea, in my opinion. I completely missed 2.Rh8.
