Given that the h6 bishop is under attack, my first idea of Nf5 followed by Ne7 threat isn’t going to work as planned. This pretty much leaves the only check available to white as the only viable beginning. One can quickly spot that this move either allows the d1 rook a shot at black’s king, and/or black will have to allow white double check move- both are fatal to black:
1. Bf7! Kf8 (Kf7 below) 2. Rd7 and there is no defense to the threat of Ne6# since it is double check move (black can’t simultaneously cover h6 and e6).
Back at move 1, black must take the bishop, but things aren’t changed all that much:
Not sure white wins with 3.Ne6. I couldn’t really make it works even after 10 minutes of playing around with it, but Rf6 is pretty obvious, and actually was my first idea at this stage- just push that king back into his hole at g8. Black can capture the rook, but then the simple discovered check is again fatal since black removes the cover on h6:
3. …..Kg8 (Nf6 4.Nh5! any 5.Nf6#) 4. Ne6 with another unstoppable mate.
1. Bxf7+ (a) Kxf7
2. Rd7+ Kf8
3. Ne6+ Kg8
4. Rg7#
1. … (b) Kf8
2. Nf5+ Kxf7
3. Rd7+ and it’s still mate in 2.
Mark
1. Bxf7+!! Kxf7
2. Rd7+! and White should be able to checkmate soon
1. Rxa6 also looks very tempting but I don’t think it wins in all variations.
1.RxBa6 RxRa6
2.Nf5 any
3.Ne7#
What about…..
1. Nf5 Nxh6
2. Nxh6+ Kg7
3. Nf5+ Kf8
4. Rxa6 Rd8
5. Rf1 W is winning…

Update ….better is …
1. Bxf7+ Kxf7
2. Rd7+ Kf8
(if Kg8 3. Ne6 with 4. Rg7#)
3. Rf6+ Nxf6
4. Nh5+ with 5. Nxf6#
Hope this is now AOK

Crazy stuff!
