Took about a minute to spot the winning idea and another minute to verify that it is sound.
The white king is surrounded and cramped by his own pieces and black is attacking with seemingly only his queen and knight. The bishop on e2 is pinned to the king and the position is screaming for 1…Nd3+ 2.Kd1 and black’s other pieces are apparently too uncoordinated to back up the advanced knight and queen. However 2…Ba4! attacking the queen and pinning it to the king. (In my initial analysis I did not realise that the queen is pinned to the king and I checked through that all of the squares that the queen could move to was protected. However that bit of analysis was not needed as the queen can not move.) 3.Qxa4 Nxb2 forking the king and queen and black should win easily with thi significant material advantage.
