In connection with the upcoming Women’s World Chess Championship 2015 the Russian Chess Federation would like to inform you on the following.
Due to common hotel’s rules you are obliged to guarantee the payment for your accommodation in Grand Hotel Polyana during your stay:
1. Credit card
A participant/representative/head of delegation can secure the payment with a credit card either for one person or for a group of people. In this case please fill out the Application and send it to Grand Hotel Polyana e-mail:reservation@polyanaski.ru
2. Bank transfer
Bank transfer can be used in case if a participant is paid for by her Chess Federation or by a sponsor organization. If so, please fill out the Agreement, sign it and send to Grand Hotel Polyana e-mail with all necessary details of stay (name of the person, status – player, accompanying person; room category): reservation@polyanaski.ru
3. Payment upon check-in
A participant can pay for the accommodation at the hotel’s reception desk upon check-in. However the hotel cannot guarantee provision of the exact type of room you were asking for. In case you choose this type of payment please inform Grand Hotel Polyana by its e-mail: reservation@polyanaski.ru. In this case a participant should pay for the first 4 days of accommodation while checking-in and then every other 4 days in case a participant needs to prolong the reservation.

Please also be informed that since the prize fund of the Championship is managed by FIDE, Russian Chess Federation cannot use it to pay for accommodation of participants or accompanying persons.
