Posted here a couple of years ago according to my files. In my notes, I have listed 2 possible moves for black- Nd3 and Na2, though I like the former quite a bit more:

White can play Kd3, but black will still play as follows, and having the king on d3 is a bit worse than having the rook there:
2. ……Ba6!
Setting up a potential discovered attack on the rook. I don’t see how white avoids losing the exchange.

I had seen gain of exchange Yancey referred but was not sure about 2.Kxd3
