Nakamura is the only one who can beat Carlsen. He has Carlsen’s number.
You’re being sarcastic right?
LOL are you paid by Nakamura to do this for him ? I think Fabiano Caruana might be the next challenger. If Anand plays well, he can still win the candidates.
What an odd thing to say, considering Nakamura has never beaten Carlsen under classic time controls.
LOL.. That was meant as a joke, right? I am sure 🙂
anybody but Nakamura.
where is it going to be held?Norway does not seem to have money. Probably it will be held in syria.
It’s not a question of who we think would be the best challenger or who is as strong as Carlsen, it’s a question of who wants to and who can jump through the FIDE hurdles in order to become the challenger.
Anand wants to do that and he knows how to do that, so he has the edge to repeat.
Gotta go with the hottest young player in the world this past year not named Carlsen- Fabiano Caruana will be the next challenger, and could well be the better player by then.
I would not count out Kramnik
Whoever is the challenger, just don’t use those butt-ugly FIDE approved pieces.
