FIDE, the FIDE Trainers’ Commission (TRG), the FIDE Commission for Women Chess (WOM) and the Federación Cubana de Ajedrez (FCA) are organizing the FIDE Trainers’ Seminar on 14-18th November in La Habana, Cuba.
The FIDE Trainers’ Seminar will take a total of 15 hours. The lectures will be conducted in Spanish language and a lesson hour equals to 45 minutes. The program will be fulfilled by GM & FST Reinaldo Vera.
There will be no seminar fee as this a WOM sponsored seminar. A relative book (TRG Syllabus) containing all the lectures will be distributed for free among the registered participants.
The costs for travel, board & lodging will be born by the sending federation, club or participant. Maximum of 30 Trainers will be accepted for the Seminar on first-come first-serve basis.
The deadline for enrollment is November 14th, 2012. As this is a WOM sponsored seminar, women participation is in priority. Title fees for the women trainers coming from CACDEC countries will not be charged.
