Td8+ Tg8+ Dxe6++
1.Rd8+ Kg7
2.Rg8+ Kxf6 or Kf7
3.Qxe6#
This is pretty easy. Get that black king to a square that white can check with the queen at e6, and black’s defenses fall apart. With all the threats black has on his next move, this pretty much requires white to check with his first move, so…
1. Rd8 Bf8 (Kg7 2.Rg8 Kf6/7 3.Qe6#)
2. Rf8 Kg7
And, now, white can mate two different ways, but the shorter of the two seems to be:
3. Rf7 Kf7 (Kh8 4.Rh7#; Kh6 4.Ng8#)
4. Qe6 Kg7
5. Qg8 with mate on the next move.
It’s a forced
mate in 4:
Rd8+ Kg7
Rg8+ Kxf6
Qe5+,Kf7
Be6++
Nice!
While’s plan is:
(1) Rook on 8th rank for
a mating attack
(2) Clear Queen’s path to be
able make it to e5
This seems like a winning line:
1. Rd8+ Kg7
2. Rg8+ Kxf6
3. Bxf5 Rg1+
4. Kxg1 b1=Q+
5. Kg2 Qg1+
6. Kh3 Qxg3+
7. hxg3 Qe1
8. Qxe1 Rc6
9. Bcxe6 gxf5
10. Qe5#
1. Rd8+ Kg7
2. Rg8+ Kxf6
3. Qxe6#
or
1. Rd8+ Bf8
2. Rxf8+ Kh6
3. Rh8+ Kg7
4. Rh7+ Kf8
5. Rf7+ Kxf7
6. Qxe6+ Kg7
7. Qf7+ Kh6
8. Qh7#
1.Rd8+ Bf8! (1…Kg7 2.Rg8+ Kxf6 3.Qxe6 mate )
2.Rxf8+ Kg7 3.Rf7+! Kxf7 (3…Kh8/h6 4.Rh7 mate ) 4.Qxe6+ Kg7 5.Qf7+ Kh8/h6 6.Qh7 mate !
1. Qxe6 Qa8
2. Qf7 (a) Bg7
3. Ne8 QxN
4. QxQ+ and mate next move
2. …. (b) exN
3. Qxf6+ Rg7 or Bg7
4. Rd8+ QxR
5. QxQ+ and mate next move
Mark
1. Rd8+! Bf8(1…Kg7 Rg8+ Kf7 or f6 Qxe6# )
2. Rxf8+! Kg7
3. Rg8+! Kh6
4. Rh8+! Kg7
5.rh7+! Kf8
6.Rf7+!! Kxf7
7.Qxe6 kg7
8.Qg8+ kh6
9.Qh8#
pretty easy as they are forced moves (to me)
Rd8+ , Kg7 , Nxh6+ , gxh6 , Qe5+ , Kf7 , Bxe6 Checkmate
WRONG! QA8 IS A CHECK
the move is Rd8
1.Rd8+ Kg7
2.Nxh5+! gxh5
3.Qe6+ Kh7 or Kf7
4.if Kf7, Bxe6checkmate or Kh7, Qh8Checkmate
-Ferdy
1.Rd8+ Kg7
2.Nxh5+! gxh5

3.Rg8+, Kxf6
4.Qe5++
or 3…,Kf7
4.Qxe6++
Did I have an extra piece last time I looked at it or was I just babbling?
Now that I am looking at it again at the end of work day, I see the quick win:
1. Rd8+ Kg7
2. Rg8+ Kxf6
3. Qe6#
I have no idea what I was doing last time around!
Mark:
Qxe6 does not work because Qa8+,
which u missed.
Rd8,
1. Rd8+ Bf8
2. Rxf8+ Kg7
3. Rg7+ [Kxf6 4. Qxe6#, Kf7, 4. Qxe5#]
.. Kh6
4 Rh8#
1 Rd8+ Bf8
Or 1 … Kg7, 2 Rh8+ Kxf6, 3 Qxe6#.
The given move gives Black an extra flight square to h6.
2 Rf8+ Kg7
3 Rf7+!
White gives up the Rook so that the Queen can come in with check.
3 … Kxf7
On 3 … Kh6 (or Kh8), 4 Rh7#
4 Qe6+ Kg7
Or 4 … Kf8, 5 Qg8#
5 Qxf7+ Kany
6 Qh7#
http://szacharnia.blogspot.com/2011/01/kasparov-w-polskiej-reklamie.html
Rd8+, Rg8+ followed by Bxe6+ and Qe5+ in whichever order is check.
Ouch. Qa8 checks the white king. Never mind.
Mark
1. Rd8+ Kg7
2. Rg8+ KxN
3, Qe5+ Kf7
4. Bxe6#
It’s a bad sign when Susan posts your comment first.
Mark
EASY
Rd8+ Bf8

Mark, nice try. You forgot that after 1.Qxe6, the reply …Qa8 is CHECK.
1.Rd8+ Kg7

3.Qe5+ Kf7
4.Bxe6#
***White WON
– High skill from MR KO (Malaysian)
Wolverine, you can’t be serious, Qg7 isn’t mate, black knight takes the queen!
The idea Nxh5+ doesn’t look good.
Better (and manhood like) is to sack rook already with 3. Rf7 instead of playing the natural looking Rg8.
