1…Qf3: 2.Bf3: Re1:+ 3.Kg2 Raa1 4.h3 Rh1 intending 5…Rag1 mate which will cost the White Queen and the game.
This is a totally even position. Black isn’t winning this.
Anon1 is not right.
4. Rb1 or Bd5 easily prevents the mate threat and then white is much better
I couldnt find anything in 60 seconds. White always has an escape and then it is better.
1. … Qxf3 is a free piece for Black. If 2.Bxf3 Re1+ 3. Kg2 Ra8a1 and White is lost.
I spent my 60(+) seconds trying to shake White’s queen away from protecting e2 to prepare Qxf3, staring with 1. … Ba4; for instance:
2. Qd3 Rad8
3. Qf5 Rxe2
4. Rexe2 Qxf3
This got me to my first goal, but I wasn’t happy about Black’s back rank.
The first post, beginning with Qxf3, is better.

On 4. Rb1, it’s 4. … Raxb1 & thanks for the rook.
On 4. Bd5, it’s 4. … Rg1 5. Kf3 Bg4 & thanks for the game.
Other 4th moves for White aren’t better.
4. g4 Rg1+
5. Kh3 Nxg4 & the ref needs to call the fight.
Perhaps: 1….Rxe2 2. Qxe2 Bg4 3. Rb3 Re8 4. Qd1 Rxe1+ 5. Qxe1 Qxf3
gives a strong attack for black?
“Perhaps: 1….Rxe2 2. Qxe2 Bg4 3. Rb3 Re8 4. Qd1 Rxe1+ 5. Qxe1 Qxf3
gives a strong attack for black?”
I also tried 1.-Rxe2 and this line, but found out that 4.Qxe8+! Nxe8 5. Rxe8 Bf8 6. Bd6 wins for white.
No, those who found 1. Qxf3 were smarter!
you guys are way too complicated, almost perverted people. In any internet bullet every single of you plays 1… Ng4 in no time at all. White has no adequate response. 2. Rf1 Bc6. Now what? For example 3. Ng5 Nf6; Bh1-Qg2 is threatening and no defense is seen 4. Rb3 h6 5. Nf3 ba4; there is also 4… h6 5. Nh3 Bg2 threat and so on.
whether 1. Qxf3 works I cant calculate in 1 min or even 10 min, but I’m no GM. In any rapid game (probably in a long game too) this would be an unclear intuitive sac to me.
1… qxf3 2. bxf3 rxe1+ 3. kg2 raa1 4. g4! (4. bd5 suggested above loses immediately to bg4) rg1+ 5. kh3 h5 6. kh4 bxg4 7. bc6 rh3 8. f3 bxf3 9. bxf3 rxf3 and 10…Rg4 # but white has other moves like 7. qe2 though 7… bxf3 8. qxf3 ra3 should still win – if I didnt blunder anything.
this lines took about 20min and probably contain several mistakes
1. Rxe2 Rxe2
2. Qxf3 (threatening both Ra1+ or Bh3 followed by Qg2#)
