Yes, I believe White can win!
1.g5+ Kh5 (only move) 2.Bd1+! Kxh4 3.Nf3+ and any King move to h5 or g4 is followed by 4.Ne5+, winning the Black Queen.

I follewd that line except I have the king
1 g5+ k-h5
2 bd1+! K-g6 (instead of Kxh4
and I can not figure how to trap him when he is on g6
1) Nf5+ Kg6 (of Kh7) 2) Nd6+ +-
1. Bg5 Kxg5(forced)
2. Nf3+
If Kxg4 Ne5+ wins
If Kf6 g5+ any king moove loss the queen either by Bb3 or by Ne5

However, crusty old Fritz 6 assesses the materialistic 1. Bxe7 as winning too. White is then up a pawn and with three pieces for the Queen. It is black who is struggling to draw, since the immediate forking of the bishop leads to a winning knight fork if black takes the bishop.
