The 13th International Chess Open Menton 2014 is taking place on 19-26th October 2014 in Menton, a city in France situated on the French Riviera.
The event will be a 9-round Swiss with a time control 90 minutes for 40 moves plus 30 minutes for the rest of the game plus 20 seconds increment starting from move 1.
