Kirsan Ilyumzhinov to arrive in Baku

The ceremony of signing a contract between the Chess Federation of Azerbaijan and International Chess Federation about arrangement of the World Cup 2015 and Olympic Games 2016.
The ceremony will be attended by president of the Chess Federation of Azerbaijan Elman Rustamov and FIDE president Kirsan Ilyumzhinov who is to come to Baku at 10.00 tomorrow.
Meanwhile, a group of FIDE officials who hold consultations with representatives of the Chess Federation of Azerbaijan has been in Baku for already a few day.
