1…Rxa4+
2. Kb2 (or Bxa4 Qxb1#) Qxb3+
3. cxb3 (or Kc1 Qxb1#) Rxb3+
4. Kb1 Rxb1#
You mean 4. Kc1 ?
JRRRZ…..ANONYMOUS IS RIGHT IN R#A4 # THE REST IS SOUP.
MIKE.
i think the correct anotation is: Rh4 instead of Ra4!.
I think te correct anotation is: Rxh4 (instead Rxa4)
RxP+ is correct. The rest just plays itself out.
I think the typo of Rxa4 & Rxh4 occurred cos the ‘normal’ view is from white’s side. So by force of habit the LHS is always ‘a’.
Solution: 1. …Rxh4+ 2. Kg2 Qxg3+ 3. fxg3 Rxg3+ 4. Kf1 Rxg1 0-1
OR 2. Bh2 Rxh2+ 3. Kxh2 Qxg1+ 4. Kh3 Qh1 0-1
OR 2. Bxh4 Qxg1 0-1
Susan: Sorry if my answers are a repeat. I get to see the problem only in the after noon on some days during my lunch break at work. Then without looking at others’ answers, I do my brain work and post it on your website. It took me about 5 minutes for this one. I do appreciate other’s response. Thanks for these puzzles.

Intersting eh?? that most are used to the white setup instead of the black POV. I think that guy Andorjan (Black is OK) would be interested in this little “Faux Pas.”
