In Group C, I predict win for the top seed Kazhgaleyev. He is strong and improving.
Group B is much more open. I think Efimenko is playing well and pick him to win, with Hammer as a lower-rated smokey.
In Group A, Carlsen is likely to win the most games, which gives him a good chance even though I don’t think he’ll get a plus score against Anand, Kramnik, Aronian and Grischuk. I’ll say Carlsen to tie for first with Kramnik, with Vlad going through the event unbeaten.
I like Efimenko. I’ll pick Aronian though Carlsen and Anand wouldn’t be surprising either
People in group B and C are also GMs. It’s a bit disrespectful to omit their titles.
group A H Bomb all the way
could someone please tell me what time the games start E.S.T.?
Aronian will top Group A. So will finally win Group B. Kazhgaleyev is too strong for Group C but Nyzhnyk will come of age and provide some surprises.
A as Anand
B would Be the field of the rising star Efimenko
C as Confidence in the top seed Kazhgaleyev
Fernando
NO
Who is Katherina Lahno?
