Costello: Well what are you asking me for?
Abbott: I’m not asking you–I’m telling you. Hou will win the Women’s World Chess Championship.
Costello: I’M asking YOU who will win the Women’s World Chess Championship?
Abbott: That’s the lady’s name.
Costello: That’s who’s name?
Abbott: Yes.
Costello: Somebody has to be Mariya Muzychuk’s opponent for the match so who is playing her?
Abbott: Yes! After all, she has earned it.
Costello: Who did?
Abbott: Yes.
Costello: Let’s say Mariya Muzychuk’s opponent wins the match, who gets the prize money?
Abbott: Of course.
Costello: Who gets it??
Abbott: Why shouldn’t she? Maybe her agent will collect it for her.
Costello: Who’s agent?
Abbott: That’s right.
Costello: All I’m trying to find out is who will win the Women’s World Championship match 2016?
Abbott: Yes.
Costello: So she will win it?
Abbott: Oh, no, no. So isn’t eligible to compete for that. He can only play for the Men’s World Chess Championship but he didn’t qualify this time.((Wesley So))
Costello: I’m not talking about the Men’s Candidates Tournament. I think your information is fishy and erroneous.
Abbott: Yes they will both play in the 2016 Candidates Tournament to qualify for the Men’s World Chess Championship. ((“fishy” — Vishy; “erroneous” — Aronian))
Costello: I don’t really know too much about the Men’s Candidates. I just have a niche interest in the Women’s Chess Championship but you are confusing me and almost made me topple off my chair and my enthusiasm is beginning to peter out.
