It should be either US or Norway. Norway should host because the current world champion is from Norway. Hosting in US will popularize Chess for better. The rest of the options do not seem to be befitting.

I thought this was already announced at the closing ceremonies. It was to be in the USA and the city is suspected to be Saint Louis.
I hope the WCC is held somewhere where it would be the culmination of several events, showing the world the best of chess, that it is a game for everyone. And if there were an Open section nearby the WC then there would be spectators which would improve the atmosphere or perception of chess as being a game to be appreciated by all players.
