Webster University sophomore GM Georg Meier just captured the German u25 I Blitz Championship with a perfect 9-0 score!
In the mean time, Webster freshman GM Ray Robson defeated his roommate and teammate GM Wesley So in the final round to win the 1st SPICE Fischer Random Rapid tournament. He scored a perfect 4-0.
Tied for 2nd and 3rd were GM Wesley So and GM Andre Diamant with the score of 3-1. Other participants include GMs Fidel Corrales Jimenez, Denes Boros, Anatoly Bykhovsky, Manuel Leon Hoyos, IM Vitaly Neimer, FM Jake Banawa, and WIM Inna Agrest.
