I like a lot the stylized design of the “knight”. Of course many might not like it. On the other hand I wanted to thank you again Susan for signing my book last friday and wish your stay in Mexico is being pleasant. Best wishes.
I love these knights too!
They are cute.
The White knight is cute. This Black knight absorbs all the light and looks like nothing more than a non-descript blob.
Brown is better for the “Black” pieces. Personally my choice would be deep cherry red -or- a subdued royal blue; for the “Black” pieces.
That would help make them more visible in photography and video.
While these Knights are cute, they are NOT the knights being used in the ACTUAL games by the participants. This can be verified by clicking on the pictures on Susan’s Blog — it shows that the players are playing with normal Staunton-designed knights
Is there any chance you could pick me up a couple of those knights? (=
Let me know if and I’ll e-mail you so we can make arrangements.
