looks like a draw to me.
1.Bd5
White’s gonna capture the h and d pawns, and Black will never be able to Queen because of White’s light squared bishop.
White could even play
1.Bxb2 B(K)xb2
2.Kxd2
and the pawns still can’t promote
1.Bd5 h1Q+
2.Bxh1 Ka2 and then what?
Also,
1.Bxb2 B/Kxb2 this results to straight draw.
It must be something else.
I am sure that the first move is Bd6.
It is very important in order to get the a3 square and force the b pawn to take it.
1. Bd6 b5 2. Bb4 Ka2 3. Bd5+ Kb1 4. Kxd2 h1Q 5. Bxh1 Ka2 6. Bd5+ Kb1 7. Ba3 b4 8. Bb3 Bxa3 9. Bc4 a2 10. Bd3#
Other lines are almost the same. White can use its king to get tempos.
