White is a pawn down, but swings things around with:
1. Ba6 Rxa6
2. Rxb8 Qxb8
3. Qxa6

1. Bg4 ….
2. Qh3 ….
wins material.
1. Bg4 and 2. Qh3 do not win material by themselves. White needs something more, like 3. Rxb8 and a lot of cooperation by Black, who can avoid it with a move such as 1. … Rxb1, with 2. Rxb1 Qa8, removing the pin on Black’s knight and pinning White’s knight.
