The Torneo Superior Metropolitano de Buenos Aires is being played on 12th-20th March at the Club Atletico River Plate, Av. Udaondo, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
It will be a FIDE rated 7 rounds Swiss Open. The time control will be 90 minutes for the whole game with 30 seconds increments from move one.
There will be prizes for the top five players: 1st – 2 000 pesos; 2nd – 1 200; 3rd – 1 000; 4th – 700; 5th – 500.
American NM Will Stewart – who will be playing on Chess Arena on March 14th – is participating.
