The Torneo Carioca Absoluto 2013 will take place on April 13-14 at the Club Municipal of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
All the players affiliated to the Rio de Janeiro Chess Federation (FEXERJ) are eligible to participate. The event is a 6-round Swiss open with a time control of 60 minutes per player for the whole game.
