It’s not as easy (as I thought first, too!).
The Qb3 and Be1 maneuver looks obvious but c4!? makes the whole thing more complicated.
1. Qb3+, c4! (Rainer pointed out what happens if black tries c4 after Be1 so it has to happen at once.
2. Rxc4 – obviouly a good try – the queen is threatened by Be1 (e.g. after Kh8), again, and there are terrible threats moving away the rook (Rxc7+, Rc5+) but there are still defenses no one mentioned so far.
2. -, Ne6?! is the worse of both, because after 3. fxe6 there are two threats.
4. e7! and the surprising 3. Qb7!
3. -, Qb6 4. Rb4!, Qe7 (what else to avoid e7+ ?) 5. Rxb8
or after 3. -, Be7 3. 4.Qb7 still wins. Black has gained the possibility to save the rook by moving away the knight but the knight has no moves!
In both cases white is (just!) one figure up.
2. -, Nd5!? looks stronger. Probably 3. Qb7!? winning the exchange is best here. 3. -, Nc7/b6?? 4. Be1!
After 3. exd5?!, Qb6 black is alive.
After 3. Qb7!?, Qb6?? of course white should not play 4. Qxa8??, Nc7 with black winning back the exchange but 4. Qxd5+ and 5. Qxa8 winning a hole rook.
I did this without board so perhaps there are many mistake in my variations.
