Nh3+ does the trick, I think. If the knight is captured by Q or pawn, the White Q is a goner (Black R will pin the Q upon a pawn capture). If the White K goes to the h-file, Nf2 with discovered check and simultaneous attack on the Q.
caballo h3+
Nh3+!!! If pawn takes then rook over pinning queen and king, if king moves instead of capture, then queen is lost due to Nxf2 😀
1…Nh3+ wins the Q for R+N either by 2. Q:h3 R:h3+ or by 2. gh Rg7. 2. Kh2 is worse, since 2…N:f2+ hits the Q.

Nxg2?
1. … Nh3+!
leads two Queen versus two pieces which is clearly winning for Black
Nh3 should win. If white captures with the g-pawn, then Rg7 pins and wins the white queen for a knight and rook. If the white king moves to h2/h1, Nf2 with discovered/double check wins.
