The two photos show Mr Nigel Freeman, treasurer of FIDE (World Chess Federation) making the presentation of the trophy for first place in the London Chess Classic to Magnus Carlsen, and to Luke McShane for the brilliancy prize (in respect of his win against Hikaru Nakamura).

Congratulations! ^_^
Great result, GM Carlsen. Hope somebody stages a Kasparov-Carlsen match. Mentor vs “Student”. Two of only 3 current members of the 2800 Club. With his coaching work with Carlsen, I’m sure Kasparov has had opportunities to sharpen up.
This is just Kasparov’s way of busting Kramnik’s chops. If Kramnik had only given Kasparov a rematch this would not have been happening.
