At the banquet (CCI and US Senior) last night, GMs Benjamin, DeFirmian and Christiansen were honored again. I am glad to see the 3 of them going into the hall of fame at the same time. The only person left from this American group of outstanding players is John Fedorowicz.
All three also made the same point about being inducted at a much earlier age where they can enjoy this honor. They stated that in the past, many of the Hall of Famers were inducted at a much older age or after they passed away.

GM John Fedorowicz need a US Championship to even be considered for Hall Of Fame. If he gets in, the Dmitry Gurevich and Sergey Kudrin should get in too. Or any GM for that matter. It’s the Hall Of Fame , and not the Hall Of the Very Good.
