I would like to thank all of you for your nice birthday wishes. Between my blog, email and facebook, I received over 4,000 birthday messages. Therefore, it’s impossible for me to thank each of you personally but I want you to know that I do read all your messages. Once again, thank you for all your nice wishes!
GM Stefanova and I share the same birthday so don’t forget to wish her a happy birthday as well.

Dear Susan,
I had no knowledge about you Birthday.Wish you a VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY.
Anju Dube.
Wish you a very happy birthday. Many happy returns of the day. May your passion and service to Chess continue. Thank you very much for everything you do for Chess. God bless you. – A Chess Father
Dear Susan,
You may have more birthdays to come.
Your work with Texas Tech and in Lubbock has encouraged the whole west Texas to play the game of chess. From up in Amarillo, down to Lubbock, Abilene, Midland and El Paso there is an ongoing “wind” of chess revival in these areas. Even the nearby New Mexico has players coming to your events.
I hope you continue your good work. More power to you and may God bless you and your family.
Unfortunately GM Stefanova doesn’t have a Facebook profile…
Happy Birthday to:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SUSAN! Thanks for all you do for Chess.
Susan I wish you all the best on your birthday. You are simply a pleasure. I so enjoy everything you do connected to chess. I’m sure thousands more would echo my sentiments if they knew. Enjoy and thank you.
I gave you a birthday card three weeks early but I’m glad I did (hope you opened it). I had a great time at the tournament but I was so tired (I had worked continuously since midnight). I’ll save up time-off hours and be ready for the next one with all my students in tow.
