1 R1d5! (interference) and black is in deep trouble. For example, 1 … Kh7 2 Qe7 Rg1 3 Bd4 Qc1+ 4 Kg2 and white will mate soon on g7. Other tries: 1 … Rxc5 2 Rxc5 threatening a ladder mate (3 Rc8#). 1 … Rh7 2 Qe6+ Kh8 3 Rd8+ Rxd8 4 Rxd8+ Bf8 5 Rxf8+ Kg8 6 Qe7+ Qf7 7 Qxf7#

The position looks terrible. Many moves seem to win, but is it a forced mate in 7 ? Can black exchange the queen for rook and last longer ?

Many winning lines but the mating one is:
1. Qe7 Bf8 2. Qf6 Rh7 3. Rxh7 Kxh7

I only found 1. b3 but it’s very convincing: for example 1…QxB 2. Qe6+ Kh7 3. RxB+ KxR 4. Rd7+ …
