1.Qd6! wins at once…if 1….e6 2.Rxe6+! fxe6 3.Qxe6 mate.
Kamalakanta
Qd6 creates two mating threats- Qd7and Qe7 and I don’t see a way black can prevent both with a single move. Black’s queen can cover d7 from c6, but cannot cover e7, and, also, can cover e7 from b4 or f6, but cannot cover d7.

Qd6
easy win for white

I like
1.Rxe7+…Kxe7
2.Qd6+….Ke8
3.Qd7 mate
Qd6 is good, but even simpler mate in 3 is Txe7, Qd6, Qd7
Txf7+,Rxf7,QF5++
Qd6 is cute…but R takes e7 check followed by QD6 CHECK AND D7 Mate is more to my taste.
e4xe7+ mate in 3.
1. Rxe7+ wins, KxR
2. Qd6+ Ke8
3. Qd7 mate
brm
1. Re7 Ke7
2. Qd6 Ke8
3. Qd7#
Rxe7+

Seems like my post didn’t get published. e4xe7+ wins in 3.
Happy b’day to Susan!
A matter of taste, perhaps, but there is a forced three-move mate.
1. Rxe7+ KxR
2. Qd6+ Ke8
3. Qd7#
