Vermillion museum hosts chess grand master, tournament 11:15 AM

VERMILLION, S.D. — A chess exhibition and tournament will be held at the W. H. Over Museum on Friday and Saturday.
Grand Master Alex Yermolinsky, a Lithuanian native who now lives in Sioux Falls, is scheduled to play all comers (simultaneously) in an exhibition beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
The Chess Tournament is Open Rated Plus, Unrated U800 K-8, and Open Unrated. It will be held in Sletwold Hall on Saturday beginning at 8:20 a.m. with on-site registration.
