The Chess Federation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and FIDE are honored to invite the best world chess players to participate in qualifying events (semi-finals) of the World Rapid and Blitz Championships organized by FIDE. The semi-finals of the FIDE World Rapid and Blitz Championships will be held in Astana on 1-5 of July, 2012.
